Terms of service.

By using Ellipsis services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services

Ellipsis offers wellness and life coaching services. These services are not medical care or therapy and are not a substitute for licensed mental health treatment. Coaching is future-focused and designed for support, reflection, and personal growth.

2. Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking. We accept major forms of digital payment and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), where eligible. Services are non-refundable once delivered.

3. Cancellations and Late Arrivals

We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the session fee. No-shows will be charged in full. If you’re late to a session, we’ll do our best to accommodate the full time, but sessions may still end at the originally scheduled time.

4. Eligibility

Clients under 18 must have written parental or guardian consent to receive services. We reserve the right to refer a client elsewhere if their needs are outside the scope of coaching.

5. Technology

Virtual sessions are conducted via Zoom or other secure platforms. You are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection and ensuring a private, distraction-free environment.
